DJ Hero 2 recently teamed up with The 'Mau5, && his one of his classics, I Remember, has completely been redone, but still has that familiar magic that I still cant get enough of ♥

Kaskade&Late Night Alumni's ONE MORE CHANCE (Remix)
its Music Monday again from Kaskade, && he never fails :)
another addition for us fellow fans to listen to this Mon, && I DEF LOVEZ! hes also in the band, Late Night Alumni, whos releasing a new album coming out Feb 8th entitled Haunted
according to Kaskade, LNA did a rendition of the classic house anthem, Another Chance; it never came out because they couldnt get clearance
he did a remix, && it was sold on Beatport for a while, but later it apparently still had issues; this edit, One More Chance, has some added lyrics that changed up the song in order to try && get an official release, but yet again, it still got held up, so now, its here for us to enjoy :)
like all his tracks, this song is always available on his soundcloud, && always available to download; his files can be large from time to time, but so worth that extra memory :)

sooo, apparently, theres a huge controversy right now over this particular mashup; Cant Behave Myself is an unauthorized mashup of a deadmau5 demo entitled Seeya Next Tuesday
unbeknownst to Joel Zimmerman (a.k.a. deadmau5, The 'Mau5, 'Mau5 Man, etc. [pronounced dead-mouse, NOT dead-mau-five!, jsuk]), vocals were added to the leaked track by UK singer Neon Hitch in late 2010
after this version began to gain in popularity, he has expressed his disappointment in the way it came to be, && in the quality of the finished product: "its definitley [sic] not the direction I wanted to go with it. ... so on behalf of every fucking idiot who thinks my internal demos are automatically public domain, I apologize. just listened to the track again...and yeah, I apologize again. *TRIPLE FACEPALM*" wrote Zimmerman on Facebook; he has vowed to revisit the track, && release a new version in 2011

Passion Pit's THE REELING
... dammit!! now I cant get this song, or this video, out of my head!
as soon as I hear the first five seconds of this song, I instantly cant turn it off; but really, this video is like no other, seriously! first time I saw it, I couldnt believe it really was a video, inc my friends LOL!
these beats always remind me of all my happy memories being out && about with my friends at the time, whove all either moved or moved on, in general; happy, carefree nights on the town back in summer of '08 && some in '09 when anything was possible for us ... I miss those nights now

&& dont get me started on the lyrics! "look at me! oh, look at me! is this the way Ill always be? oh, no ... oh, no ..." I tear up a little everytime I really think about the meaning of what Michael Angelakos is singing in that verse
either way, this song relates to me in more ways than I can even say, && thats what keeps me hooked on this song, jsuk :)

havent heard this song, or even this remix, in a LONG time, but Ive recently relived hearing it again in one particular scene in the movie, Going the Distance, starring Drew Barrymore && Justin Long; off-subject: if you havent seen this movie yet, YOU SHOULD! its cute, && has a happy ending, jsuk :)
I dont know what is it about this song, but it always puts me in a better mood; if youve never heard of it, look up for the original mix && look up some of its remixes by some talented bands (ie Miike Snow, Calvin Harris, Bubblegum Sci-Fi, La Dolce Vita to name a few); I promise, ALL of them are epic! ... either that, or I just really love this song, its hard for me to tell sometimes LOL!
I know I love the rhythym && all, but theres something about the vocals I can never get out of my head, && the lyrics just make this song so wonderfully deep && much more profound than most dancey songs out there right now, just saying

Martin Solveig&Dragonette's HELLO
sooo, before I begin, Id like to say ... I FOUND THIS FIRST!!
granted, I found the (radio edit) video off some labels Facebook (ie Ultra, possibly?) before Dragonette made the track public, but Im pretty confident I was the first person in my neighborhood, let alone my city, to have discovered this gem
next thing I know, I hear it featured recently on my cellphone carriers (Cellular South) commercial, && keep in mind its a privately-held wireless provider based in Miss., so the fact that theyve found this song seems like a one-in-a-million shot in hell
so, this is my REALLY, BITCH??! of the day
... I seriously liked this song before it became popular ;) LOL!
